The Fruitful Market Subscriptions:

We offer a monthly subscription for our Season’s Harvest Box (“Fruitful Market subscription”). For more information about our Fruitful Market subscription, please visit the FAQs.

Continuous Subscriptions:

When you register for a The Fruitful Market subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) The Fruitful Market (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you every month for your The Fruitful Market subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your Fruitful Market subscription continues, and (b) your Fruitful Market subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms. You may skip your order as often as you’d like by managing your delivery schedule by logging into your account on www.thefruitfulmarket.com or by emailing us at info@thefruitfulmarket.com.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to cancel your Fruitful Market subscription on or before 10:00 am (Pacific Time) two business days prior to your delivery, you must login to your account on www.thefruitfulmarket.com to make changes, email us at info@thefruitfulmarket.com, or call us at (559) 726-2241. We process shipments on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Any Fruitful Market order that has a delivery date within this two-day window has been processed and cannot be cancelled, and you will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your Fruitful Market subscription.

In the event you cancel your Fruitful Market subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Fruitful Market, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

Return & Refund Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do, however, guarantee every box we send. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 4 days for resolution. We will either ship a replacement box or refund your purchase cost to the method of payment you used to make your purchase.
